Hagaribommanahalli, Mar. 20: Dr. Keshav Balirama Hedgewar Jayanti was celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hagaribommanahalli. Speaking about Dr. Ji, Physical Education Teacher Sri Madhukar said, “He was a great patriot of India and the founder of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. He was born on April 1, 1889 in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Hedgewar had a patriotic spirit since childhood. He dedicated his life for the independence of India. He founded the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh in 1925 with the aim of instilling unity, discipline and patriotism in the society.
His ideals are an inspiration to the youth.”
ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಮಾ. 20: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ -ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾ. ಕೇಶವ ಬಲಿರಾಮ ಹೆಡ್ಗೇವಾರ್ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ದೈಹಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಧುಕರ್ ಅವರು ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಜೀ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ ” ಅವರು ಭಾರತದ ಮಹಾನ್ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತರು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘದ ಸಂಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು 1889ರ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್ 1ರಂದು ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ನಾಗಪುರದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದರು. ಹೆಡ್ಗೇವಾರ್ ಅವರು ಬಾಲ್ಯದಿಂದಲೇ ದೇಶಭಕ್ತಿಯ ಮನೋಭಾವವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದರು. ಭಾರತದ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಸಮಾಜದಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತೆ, ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶಪ್ರೇಮವನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ 1925ರಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕ ಸಂಘವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದರು.
ಅವರ ಆದರ್ಶಗಳು ಯುವಜನತೆಗೆ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ” ಎಂದರು.
