Hagaribommanahalli, Sept. 24: Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hagaribommanahalli celebrated Ayurveda Day.

  • Speaking on the occasion, Priyanka V. J., an English and IT teacher in the primary section, said, “Ayurveda is India’s most ancient science of life and a natural healthcare system. Ayurveda Day reminds us that the balance between the body, mind, and nature is the foundation of perfect health. It places special emphasis on the use of herbs such as Tulsi, neem leaves, and turmeric, alongside nutritious food, yoga, and healthy daily habits.
  • Ayurveda is not merely a medical system but a way of leading a healthy life while respecting nature. The primary objective of this celebration is to adopt this ancient wisdom—passed down through generations—and achieve sustainable health by embracing a natural, daily lifestyle.”
