Hagaribommanahalli, Sept 5: Teacher’s Day was celebrated on the occasion of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan’s birthday herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hagaribommanahalli.The students performed a song as a tribute to the Guru, elaborating on the significance of the day and the life of Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. They discussed the role of a Guru, their importance, and the ways in which one can show respect towards them. Students felicitated the teachers with short introductions and letters of appreciation along with flowers.During the afternoon session, Sri Suveera, the vice-principal of School, spoke about Vedavyasa, followed by Sri Nagaraja K., the coordinator of the extra-curricular department, who spoke on Acharya Chanakya. Additionally, Sri Nagaraja B.T., the Head of the English Department, provided insights about Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.
“ಬದುಕಿಗೆ ದಾರಿ ದೀಪ ಗುರು” ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಸಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 5: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವೇಪಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣನ್‍ರವರ ಜನ್ಮದಿನದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗುರುವಿಗೆ ನಮನವನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿದರು ಹಾಗೂ ದಿನದ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ವೆಪಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣನ್ ರವರ ಜೀವನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಗುರು ಎಂದರೆ ಯಾರು? ಅವರ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ಹೇಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕು? ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಕಿರು ಪರಿಚಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಗೌರವ ಪತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಹೂಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿ ಗೌರವಿಸಿದರು. ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವೇದವ್ಯಾಸರ ಕುರಿತು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಉಪಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸುವೀರ ಅವರು, ಆಚಾರ್ಯ ಚಾಣಕ್ಯನ ಕುರಿತು ಪಠ್ಯೇತರ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಕೋ ಆರ್ಡಿನೇಟರ್ ಆದ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಗರಾಜ ಕೆ ಅವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ವೇಪಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣನ್‍ರವರ ಕುರಿತು ಆಂಗ್ಲ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ನಾಗರಾಜ ಬಿ. ಟಿ. ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
