Hagaribommanahalli, Feb. 5: Vidyaganapati Chinnara Rathotsava was held herein Rashtotthana Vidya Kendra – Hagaribommanahalli. A special puja was performed at the Vidyaganapati temple of the school. Later, the Vidyaganapati chariot festival was held with great pomp and show from Saraswati Shishu Mandir to Sharada English Medium School with musical groups. The Chinnaru stepped to the beat of the nandi kolu. Sri Hala Siddeshwara Swamiji of the Hala Matha, Hagaribommanahalli, inaugurated the Rathotsava and said, “Children should be made aware of the art, culture and heritage of the country from the pre-primary education stage itself.” Gaddikeri Charantheshwara Swamiji graced us with their divine presence and bestowed their Aashirvachana. Sri Jagadish bought the flag for Rs. 36 thousand in the auction. The Chinnas watched the chariot being pulled.
ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಫೆ. 5: ರಾಷ್ಟೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಗಣಪತಿ ಚಿಣ್ಣರ ರಥೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಜರುಗಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾಗಣಪತಿ ದೇಗುಲದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪೂಜೆ ನೆರವೇರಿತು. ಬಳಿಕ ಸರಸ್ವತಿ ಶಿಶುಮಂದಿರದಿಂದ ಶಾರದಾ ಆಂಗ್ಲಮಾದ್ಯಮ ಶಾಲೆಯವರೆಗೆ ವಾದ್ಯಗೋಷ್ಠಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾಗಣಪತಿ ರಥೋತ್ಸವ ವಿಜೃಂಭಣೆಯಿಂದ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಸಮಾಳ ನಂದಿಕೋಲು ತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಚಿಣ್ಣರು ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ಹಾಕಿದರು. ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಹಾಲಮಠದ ಶ್ರೀ ಹಾಲ ಸಿದ್ದೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿ, “ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಹಂತದಿಂದಲೇ ನಾಡಿನ ಕಲೆ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ಜಾಗೃತಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು” ಎಂದರು. ಗದ್ದಿಕೇರಿ ಚರಂತೇಶ್ವರ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯ ವಹಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಹರಾಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಜಗದೀಶ ಇವರು 36 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ.ಗಳಿಗೆ ಪತಾಕೆ ಪಡೆದರು. ಚಿಣ್ಣರು ರಥ ಎಳೆದು ಸಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಕಣ್ತುಂಬಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರು.
