Hagaribommanahalli, Jul. 18: A special girl education program on “Indian Life and Culture” was organised by Matru Bharathi for the students of classes 3, 4 and 5 at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hagaribommanahalli. In this program, Matru Bharathi member Smt. Rupa explained the importance of Indian culture to the children and explained the message that God is everywhere to the children through the story of Prahlada. Also, she told the children about the importance of festivals and holidays in our Indian culture, the meaning of the Swastika symbol, the sanctity of Omkara and the values of sacrifice. She explained many good ideas related to Indian culture with examples in a touching way. A total of 56 students participated in the program.
ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಜು. 18: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತೃ ಭಾರತಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದ 3, 4 ಮತ್ತು 5ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರಿಗಾಗಿ “ಭಾರತೀಯ ಜೀವನ ದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ” ಕುರಿತು ವಿಶೇಷ ಬಾಲಿಕಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತೃ ಭಾರತಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರೂಪಾ ಅವರು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಡುತ್ತ, ದೇವರು ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಇದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂಬ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಹ್ಲಾದನ ಕಥೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಬ್ಬ-ಹರಿದಿನಗಳ ಮಹತ್ವ, ಸ್ವಸ್ತಿಕ್ ಚಿಹ್ನೆಯ ಅರ್ಥ, ಓಂಕಾರದ ಪಾವಿತ್ರ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ತ್ಯಾಗದ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಅನೇಕ ಉತ್ತಮ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಉದಾಹರಣೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮನಮುಟ್ಟುವಂತೆ ವಿವರಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟು 56 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
