Hagaribommanahalli, May 15-19: Teacher Orientation Programme – I (TOP-1), 2026-27, was organized herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hagaribommanahalli for teachers of RVK Hagaribommanahalli, Ballari and Kalaburagi.
• The programme was formally inaugurated by Sri Basavanagouda, Secretary, RVK Hagaribommanahalli.
The five-day programme was structured in two phases:
Days 1 to 3 (May 15 to 17):
• Sessions focused on professional development of teachers, Panchamukhi education, panel discussions on contemporary educational issues and a deeper understanding of the vision and mission of Rashtrotthana Parishath.
• A total of 78 teachers from three Vidya Kendra participated in this phase.
Day 4 & 5 (May 18 & 19):
• Subject-specific training sessions were conducted by experts from Samvit Research Foundation and Heu Learn along with subject mentors and heads.
• This phase witnessed the participation of 170 teachers from across the North Cluster.
TOP-1 provided a valuable platform for teachers to enhance their pedagogical skills, deepen their alignment with the policies of the National Development Council and strengthen subject expertise. The programme concluded successfully, fulfilling the objective of empowering teachers for holistic, value-based education.
ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಮೇ. 15-19: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಓರಿಯಂಟೇಶನ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ – I (TOP-1), 2026-27, RVK ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆರ್‌ವಿಕೆ ಹಗರಿಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಬಸವನಗೌಡ ಅವರು ಔಪಚಾರಿಕವಾಗಿ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು.
ಐದು ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಎರಡು ಹಂತಗಳಾಗಿ ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು:
ದಿನ 1 ರಿಂದ 3 (ಮೇ 15 ರಿಂದ 17):
ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ, ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ಸಮಕಾಲೀನ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ಯಾನಲ್ ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಕೋನ ಮತ್ತು ಧ್ಯೇಯದ ಆಳವಾದ ತಿಳುವಳಿಕೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಧಿವೇಶನಗಳು ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಿದವು.
ಈ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ಒಟ್ಟು 78 ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
ದಿನ 4 ಮತ್ತು 5 (ಮೇ 18 ಮತ್ತು 19):
ವಿಷಯ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಿತ್ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಾನ ಮತ್ತು ಹ್ಯೂ ಲರ್ನ್‌ನ ತಜ್ಞರು ವಿಷಯ-ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ತರಬೇತಿ ಅವಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಹಂತವು ಉತ್ತರ ಕ್ಲಸ್ಟರ್‌ನಾದ್ಯಂತ 170 ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಗೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಯಿತು.
TOP-1 ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ನೀತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಗಾಢವಾಗಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಷಯ ಪರಿಣತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಲು ಒಂದು ಅಮೂಲ್ಯವಾದ ವೇದಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿತು. ಸಮಗ್ರ, ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಸಬಲೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿತು.
